Once we had added the aluminum attic stairs to our range, it was logical that the three -part alu 3 would play an important role. Not everyone has enough space in the attic to store the attic staircase. Moreover, despite its width, this aluminum version is still very slightly manageable and that without compromising on quality.

The attic staircase is not only attached to the trouble but also to the inner cupboard and does not form any loads for the hinges.

Description Alu 3 attic staircase:

• Two sturdy aluminum profiles are computer -controlled:

Ideal opening sizes for an attic staircase:

Length: 1.40m

Width: 0.70 to 0.80m

Trapdoor:

• Multiplex of 22mm with insulating fast strip
• Three sturdy hinges + lock

Iron batter:

• Electrolytic baths provide the iron fittings with an anti-rust layer.

• The specified price includes 21%VAT

• For buildings older than 5 years, with a maximum living area of ​​200m², any owner-occupied home of the client / copper and mainly as a private home are used, the VAT rate of 6% applies.

• The placement is included on condition that the location is located within a 50km radius around our company. If further, an additional price will be charged.
• This is tailor -made and therefore not in stock as standard.
